Daniel A. Silverstein Associates Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in the recruitment of executives for growth-oriented client companies engaged in Health Care products and services.

Founded in 1976, the company employs eight professionals at our Boca Raton headquarters. Our facilities include online research and support services and a proprietary Health Care industry organizational data base - all of which allow us to serve our clients in a timely, cost effective, and high quality manner.

Although our recruiting practice is broadly based, the largest portion of our work is within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.  Our work has been wide-ranging and has encompassed the needs of companies whose interests focus on ethical and proprietary pharmaceuticals, drug delivery systems, diagnostics, instruments, and medical devices.  We excel in conducting searches in modern biology, including artificial organs, xenografts, genomics, and bioinformatics, genetic therapy, combinatorial chemistry, and other novel tools and platforms for drug discovery.

We have worked extensively for the venture capital community recruiting both Presidents for portfolio companies as well as Partners to make and manage investments.
